How to order, in 10 simple steps...
- 1. Choose your design
- 2. Contact Paper Treats with your request
- 3. Recieve your design sample
- 4. Return your order form and deposit
- 5. Provide us with your stationery information
- 6. Review your 'wet-proof' design and sign it off
- 7. Relax and wait
- 8. Delivery and receiving your stationery...

1. Choose your design
Browse the Paper Treats Brochure (featured at participating Venues) or our website gallery and choose the design(s) you would like to use for your wedding stationery.
If you prefer you can book a consultation as we highly recommend as so much more can be done on a one to one basis.
Tip: Book a consultation and spend the day out in the beautiful Cotswolds with us and we will guarantee an enjoyable experience!
2. Contact Paper Treats with your request
Contact Paper Treats quoting your choice and advising on any changes you require to the design or colour by completing the contact us form to arrange a call back.
3. Receive your design sample
Once we have finalised your design we will send you a sample with your quotation order form.
4. Return your order form and depsoit
Return your Order Form along with your 50% Deposit.
Numbers can be altered accordingly so do not worry.
Your stationery will be completed up to four weeks from receiving your deposit.
Tip: Book early to secure your order as we try maintain a certain amount of brides each year as this ensures a more personal service.
5. Provide us with your stationery information
Send your wording for your invitations, Information cards etc by e-mail in a word document.
Tip: If you are stuck on what to say, call us for inspiration.
6. Review your 'wet-proof' design and sign it off
We will send you a wet proof. Return it signed as your approval to commence your order. Please be aware nothing will be started until you are happy with your wet proof, so there is no need to worry.
7. Relax and wait
Your stationery will be designed and produced to your specifications.
8. Delivery and receiving your stationery...
We will contact you regarding the delivery of your invitations, discussing the most suitable option for you.
9. Additional stationery, menus, order of service etc.
Repeat steps 5-9 for your reception stationery with menus and order of service details, table plan etc.
Numbers can be altered accordingly.
10. Payment
We will contact you regarding the final balance which is normally a month before the wedding and arrange delivery of your reception stationery. We are always on hand to discuss any queries along the way.

May on average three weeks after the send out date, as this keeps the response prompt |

We will endeavour to complete all orders that come through to us, all we ask is that you have your wording ready and a design you are interested in as this is what tends to take the most time to finalise. |

Ordering the correct amount of stationery
Paper Treats recommends the following stationery template;
- Save the date, 1 per household
- Day invitation, 1 per household
- Evening invitation, 1 per household
- Order of service,1 per person or 1 per couple
- Order of the day, 1 per person or 1 per couple
- Ceremony Seat reservation cards, 1 per member of the wedding party and parents
- Table plans, 1 for up to 100 Guests, 2 for over 100 guests or a rather large venue
- Table numbers, 1 per table
- Menu's, 1 per guest or 3 per table
- Place cards, 1 per person
- Thank you card, 1 per household
