1. "When should I order our invitations?"

Our prices can be viewed in the 'Planning your wedding' section

It is always best to do them early so you can send them out at least three months before the wedding, more if you are having a summer wedding. This helps your guests to plan for your big day, booking hotel rooms, buying their special outfit, arranging babysitters etc. As soon as you have found your Paper Treats design place your order.

2. "Are we restricted to certain colours and typefaces?"

No. You can have your stationery designed in your colour or to coordinate with your theme. See our view by colour section for inspiration

3. "Do you offer a sample service?"

We can do better than that. Once you have placed your order and submitted your wording we send you your exact invitation in your colours and with your wording.

4. "How and when do we pay?"

A deposit of £50 is payabe when you place your order. The balance is due once we start to produce your stationery.

Payment Plan Options: You can divide the ordering of your stationery to make it more affordable. Please contact us directly for more details.

5. Express service

6. "Are you available for questions during our planning?"

We are available for help on all aspects of your wedding stationery, and with such a knowledge of the wedding trade we'll gladly help you out with other aspects of your wedding, just ask!

7. "How many stationery items should I order?"

Paper Treats recommends the following;

  • Save the date, 1 per household
  • Day invitation, 1 per household
  • Evening invitation, 1 per household
  • Order of service,1 per person or 1 per couple (remember to add one for the Vicar and organist etc)
  • Order of the day, 1 per person or 1 per couple
  • Ceremony Seat reservation cards, 1 per member of the wedding party and parents
  • Table plans, 1 for up to 100 Guests, 2 for over 100 guests
  • Table numbers/ names, 1 per table
  • Menus, 1 per guest or 3 per table
  • Place cards, 1 per person
  • Thank you card, 1 per household

8. "What happens if we need additional stationery?"

Last minute extra orders are not a problem; we can even post them directly to your guests if you wish.

9. "Do you have a mimimum order policy?"

No, we do not have a minimum order. You only pay for the number of cards you need.

There are a variety of  co-ordinated products from Save the Date cards through to your Thank you cards. We can coordinate all or just one category for you. The choice is yours.

10. "Do you print the guest names?"

We gladly print your guests' names
