1. "When should I order our invitations?"

As soon as you have found a design you like contact us and we will finalized the fine details with you. It is always best to do them early so you can send them out at least three months before the wedding. This helps your guests to plan for your big day, booking hotel rooms, buying their special outfit, arranging babysitters etc.

2. "Are we restricted to certain colours, typefaces and designs?"

You can have your stationery designed in your colour or to coordinate with your theme. This includes the font colours. Whatever your taste, whether it is Simple & Elegant or Modern & Opulent we design to suit your personal taste.

3. "Do you offer a design sample service?"

Your sample will be made especially for you so there will be a refundable charge when you place an order.

4. "How/ when do we pay?"

Payment Plan Options: You can divide the ordering of your stationery to make it more affordable.

50% when you place your order and 50% when your stationery is completed.

5. "Are there going to be hidden service charges?"

Our Personal Bespoke Service is FREE of Charge which means you have exactly the design you want.

6. "Are you available for questions during the production?"

We at Paper Treats pride ourselves in the personalised service that we offer each customer who walks through our door. We offer a consultation service on all aspects of your wedding stationery, and with such a knowledge of the wedding trade we'll gladly help you out with other aspects of your wedding, just ask!

7. "How many stationery items should I need for my guests?"

Paper Treats recommends the following stationery template;

• Save the date, 1 per household
• Day invitation, 1 per household
• Evening invitation, 1 per household
• Order of service,1 per person or 1 per couple
• Order of the day, 1 per person or 1 per couple
• Ceremony Seat reservation cards, 1 per member of the wedding party and parents
• Table plans, 1 for up to 100 Guests, 2 for over 100 guests or a rather large venue
• Table numbers, 1 per table
• Menu's, 1 per guest or 3 per table
• Place cards, 1 per person
• Thank you card, 1 per household

8. "What happens if we need more stationery at the last minute?"

Last minute extra orders are not a problem; we can even post them directly to your guests if you wish.
Paper Treats keep a record of all designs in your wedding profile, meaning you can request more stationery at any time.

9. "Do you have a mimimum order policy?"

No, we do not have a minimum order. You only pay for the number of cards you need.

There are 25 co-ordinated categories from Save the Date cards through to your Special Thank you cards. We can coordinate all or just one category for you. The choice is yours.

10. "Do you print the guest names?"

We gladly print your guests' names, menus, and any information you desire on the invitations & stationery for you.
